**Hi, good Morning/Nite!**
How have you been?
🔥 Today I want to introduce you to **Ignis**, the new portrait that marks the closing of a chapter in my project **Ennéa Arcana**.

***"She doesn't burn — she transforms. Ignis doesn’t scream, yet she consumes. Flames rise from her chest, purifying what must go."***
When I first started this series, my intention was to create only **seven portraits**. I didn’t know exactly why that number.... it just felt right. I wanted to represent the essential elements: the Moon, the Sun, the Stars, Water, Earth, Wind, and Fire. But, as often happens when you dive deeper into an idea, the project began to grow. I started to see deeper connections, to feel that something was missing.
# **Ennéa Arcana**

That’s when the last two elements emerged: **Time and Destiny**. They don’t just complete the cycle ... they give it symbolic depth and tie the entire series together.
# Thank you very much for taking the time to view my work.
-.-

Each portrait in *Ennéa Arcana* is more than just a figure. They are symbolic representations of forces present in life, natural, spiritual, and human. I wanted each piece to have its own identity, atmosphere, and emotional charge. Some of them were born from very clear ideas, others took shape throughout the process, and each one challenged me in different ways.

In the case of **Ignis**, it was truly a challenge. Fire isn’t an element I usually work with. The few times I’ve done it were either by request or for *Splinterlands* art contests. I had never created a fire-themed portrait purely out of my own interest. So this became an opportunity to experiment, to step out of my comfort zone.

I streamed the process live on **Arena** while working on this piece. It was an intense and fun session. While this wasn't my longest live (another piece still holds the record with a 12-hour marathon! 😅), this one still had its own share of surprises: I draw, play music, chat with people .... and occasionally get distracted by some of the odd things people say in the chat 🤣. But that spontaneous energy is part of the creative process too. I enjoy sharing that space because it brings the drawing to life as it unfolds.

For this artwork, I studied fire references, its movement, shape, and light. I wanted to make it feel more realistic, alive, expressive. I’m not sure if I fully achieved it, but I know I got closer than ever before. And that, for me, is already progress. This entire series has been a way to learn, to test myself, and to grow.

**Ennéa Arcana** is not just a collection of portraits. It’s a personal exploration of the connection between elements, balance, and the symbolic power of the forces that surround us. And with **Ignis**, this cycle comes to a close… for now.

When I complete the others, you'll find out about it and see part of the process. Let's let time pass and decide its fate.😅 ✨
