βHow are you? It feels like it's been so long since I've been here. Sorry friends , because the last few months have been really busy with work , so I haven't had any time to travel or create content. Luckily , today I finally had the chance to get out of the house again and reignite my spirit of adventure. β βHope you all stay motivated too and that this community keeps growing with exciting stories from all corners of the world. π β
Well, this time I want to tell you about my short adventure today to one of the most popular destinations in the Tangerang area, called La Riviera β PIK 2. Has anyone heard of it ? Or maybe you've been there before ? The place is often referred to as Dutch Town because of its strong classic European vibe.

Actually , this place has been popular for about two years now. But for some reason, I only got around to visiting it now. I've always been curious because every time I scroll through Instagram or TikTok , there are always people posting cool photos with European-style buildings in the background. Finally , today I decided to go there myself and see what the atmosphere is really like.
β
βI arrived there around 9 a.m. Since it was still early , the place wasn't too crowded yet. Most of the shops and cafes were still closed. But that's what made me happy , actually , because I could walk around leisurely , take as many photos as I wanted without worrying about other people getting in the way and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
β
βAs soon as I entered the main area, my eyes lit up. The buildings were so cool! There was a row of houses with Dutch-style architecture, standing neatly along a canal with slow-flowing water. The walls were predominantly brick red and cream , with large windows and triangular roofs. It really felt like I was walking around a small town in the Netherlands or Belgium.
β

β¨ A Cool Morning Atmosphere
Mornings at La Riviera are really nice. The air is still cool, the sun isn't too hot yet , the sky is clear blue and it's just perfect for taking photos. I took a leisurely stroll along the canal , stopping occasionally to take pictures.

Some employees were busy fixing chairs in front of the cafe. There were also some visitors who arrived earlier than me, probably to take photos or create content.

Another unique thing is that there is a place that rents mini electric cars and electric motorcycles for children. So if you come with your family, your little ones can play with electric vehicles around the canal area. It's a nice way to entertain them while we relax.
β

βThen, on the canal banks, there are also small boats that can be rented to tour from above the water. I didn't get a chance to try it... but I can imagine it would be really fun , like riding a mini gondola, Jakarta style!
β

β Facilities and Instagramable Photo Spots β¨
Even though not all shops were open when I arrived , several cafes had already started operating. The place is nice, with chairs facing the canal. It's perfect for sitting back and relaxing while having coffee or a light breakfast. The surrounding area was also clean and tidy , with many ornamental plants placed in beautiful pots and hanging lights that would surely look great at night.

As for photo spots? Don't even ask. Almost every corner could be a cool background. From the white bridge with the large letters βKOTA BELANDAβ (Dutch City) to the area with giant red and white decorative balloons, which are the icons of this place.
β

βIf you like classic European or vintage-style photos, you are guaranteed to be satisfied with the photos you take here. There are also cute spots like a mini bar replica with giant beer glasses. They are cute and unique for fun photos.
