Every year a wonderful sand sculpture festival takes place in Ringkobing, West Jütland, near the North Sea. This year the focus is on Greenland: from the Ice Age to Inuit settlements, explorers and whalers, right up to independence. The highlights are the 200m wall, 7m high where 10 individual sculptures are up to 4m high. It's like you walked through a timeliness carved in sand.
The textures and the shadows are changing with the sunlight creating a dynamic visual experience through the day by beautiful weather.
Thanks for your visit have agreat day!
