We were all excited because we had heard so many great things about it—the stunning panoramic views, the cool breeze, and of course, the chance to witness the city lights from above .  Unlike others who take motorcycles (habal-habal) to get to Tops, we were lucky to have our own service car, making the trip more comfortable and convenient . The uphill road was surrounded by lush greenery, making the journey feel like a refreshing escape from the bustling city . The air got cooler as we went higher, and I could already sense that we were in for a breathtaking view . --- ### Arriving at Tops Lookout  As soon as we arrived, I was completely mesmerized . The first thing that caught my eye was the vast, panoramic view of Cebu City, Mactan, and even parts of Bohol in the distance . The city looked so small from up there, yet so alive with twinkling lights . The blue sky slowly transitioned into golden hues as the sun started to set, making everything feel magical .  The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, with a cool breeze that made me want to stay there forever . There were other visitors too, all enjoying the view, taking pictures, and just soaking in the beauty of nature and the cityscape .  The best part? The entrance fee is super affordable ! You only need to pay 100 pesos to enjoy this amazing view . Plus, for just 50 pesos, you can go to the top area where you can use a microscope to get an even closer look at the breathtaking sights . --- ### Exploring and Taking Pictures  Of course, what’s a trip to Tops Lookout without taking tons of pictures ? My sister and I immediately looked for the best spots to capture the stunning background . We took turns posing, and I even got a candid shot while admiring the view through the telescope . There’s something about looking at the city through a lens that makes everything feel even more surreal .  I also loved the architectural design of Tops . The stone walls and open-air circular structure made it feel like an ancient fortress . It’s the perfect blend of rustic and modern, giving visitors both history and aesthetic appeal in one place . --- ### What You Can Do at Tops Lookout  Besides taking Instagram-worthy pictures, here are some things you can enjoy at Tops Lookout : 1. The lights of Cebu City twinkled like stars on the ground, and the atmosphere turned dreamy . It felt like we were on top of the world, away from all the worries and stress of daily life . We sat down, enjoyed the fresh air, and just appreciated the moment . No rush, no deadlines, just pure happiness .  Before heading back home, I took one last look at the cityscape, took a deep breath, and whispered, “I’ll be back .” Because one visit to Tops is never enough . --- ### Final Thoughts  If you’re planning to visit Cebu, Tops Lookout should definitely be on your list!
