Esta ubicada en el casco central de maracaibo muy cerca de la basilica de la chinita.
El teatro fue restaurado y sin duda le da vida a las artes que hacen en el, formando parte de la historia y la cultura de los maracuchos. Esta en excelentes condiciones, me encantaría venir a una obra de teatro aquí algún día y poder admirar la pasión y el arte.
