Namaste 🙏
Hope you all are doing great!
After exploring Bara Pathar, the next spot that we would be going was a spot from where the himalayan mountain ranges were clearly visible. This is called himalayan view point and it is situated near Tanki.
It took us around 15 minutes of drive from the first point where we stopped. We were now at quite decent elevation and we could now even see the Nainital Lake in its full glory. The view was mesmerising and intimidating. You can see that in the photographs too.
The road was just a single lane Road, but the traffic was quite high, considering the single Lane Road and also the off season time. However, we were able to see the lake clearly as the weather cleared out a little bit.
This lake is huge in this photo. You cannot just reduce the actual area of this lake, but let me tell you. It was just huge. I had not seen many mountain lakes as big as this one in my life before.
SB moved further. We also came across many eco zones that were built in this area. It felt like we were very close to the nature and the freshness of air and the coldness of wind intensified that experience.
The board says that now we were going to enter the bird sanctuary called Naina Devi Bird sanctuary and it was a very good experience of being there. We always wanted to be in a bird century and this was a dream, come true.
The mountains were telling a completely different story, the marriage of mountains with the Missed resulted in such a tranquil experience for us that we won’t be able to forget that experience ever in our lives.
This photographs are not at all paying just to the real experience that we were feeding at that time. I was so busy in enjoying the vibe that I even forgot to take some photos for good amount of time.
And just like that, in matter of a few minutes, we were now at our destination. This was the himalayan view point from where we would be able to see the tall mountain ranges of the Himalayas. From here. The second highest mountain of India was also visible.
I also took out my phone to see which mountain ranges we were seeing. I didn’t had a telephone lens with me, so I was not able to take a close pictures of the mountains, but however, seeing them with my phone made me real happy.
Some mountains in this range ate more than 7000 m in elevation. It was truly amazing, seeing them up close and feeling the clean air passing all the way from those mountains to my lungs was completely different experience.
In the above photograph, you can see all the mountains that were visible from there. I am using Alpine guide app on my smart phone to see this kind of view from my phone and capture it. Also, it’s a free app that I found really useful and I have been using this app ever since I found it.
There was also one spot made for lovers to capture photographs with the mountain ranges. As you can see in this photograph. It’s a tourist point, but as this was of time so they were very less people there, and that was a really good thing because we got to see this experience and feel this Vibe in very less crowd .
That is all for today, thanks for passing bye. I will be continuing my journey next blog.
Peace ☮️
