Hello guys. As my followers know that I went to the Northern Areas some time ago with tourists and there I experienced many new things that I saw for the first time in my life, one of them is hiking. This is my second hiking in Hunza. Today I will share with you how we crossed this hiking trek. This trek was about one to one and a half hours long and our guider told us to come back by around 1 pm as we had to visit some other locations after that.

This hiking trek was not included in our tour list, but when we came to know about this trek, we insisted on going here and finally our guider agreed and we set out after breakfast at around 9 am and after traveling for about half an hour, we reached this trek. Below you can see that my friend lambar is walking and we were going to a counter to get tickets and we have to walk a lot to get there.

The path to the counter was made easy by putting dirt inside the tires to make it easy to climb. When we reached there, we saw that there was no one there and we waited for a while as you can see in the picture below that one of my friends was sitting on a chair. We got a ticket for about 80 rupees and we were about 20 boys.

The water flowing down from the mountains was a bit muddy, but we filled our bottles with it because we had run out of water and it was difficult to find clean water here. You can see below that the price of these sticks was 30 rupees per stick.

You can see this view that I captured before starting the hike and here we were waiting for the rest of our friends so that we could start hiking together. Below you can see that my friend Hafiz is already looking tired.

After going a little higher, we saw flowing water coming from the mountains above and it was quite a beautiful view. We also saw some other people here who were enjoying the cool water. I dipped my feet in the cool water and it really felt good for my feet. We didn't stay here for long because we had to walk for an hour.

Here you can see me and Ali Bhai taking a selfie and you can tell by my face how tired I was. We had travelled for about half an hour and we only had a sip of water here to moisten our throats because drinking too much water could have caused us stomach aches.

You can see in the picture below how dangerous the paths were and we took each step carefully because the stones were quite slippery. The stick made it a little easier for us to walk on these paths. Carving these paths and making them walkable is also a very difficult task and that's why the ticket price is.

In this picture you can see that Kazim has reached a lot higher than me and you can see how straight the mountain was and how difficult the paths were. We got to see different colored algae on big stones, the pictures of which I have shared below. In the picture below you can see a tree that has grown naturally and its branches are spread out in a very beautiful way. There were also some wild flowers here which were quite beautiful.

Finally, after hiking for more than an hour, we reached the top and here we got to see a small plain area where tall trees were growing. Here we also saw some apricot trees with apricots on them but they were still unripe. These trees had grown naturally, maybe some tourist had thrown the seeds here after eating an apricot.

The view of the mountains from here looked very beautiful and there were very high mountains above this plain area, but our hike was up to here and the length of this up to here is about 2100 meters.

This is me and Kazim is standing behind me. I took a selfie. The pictures from my mobile's front camera are not good but it's not too bad either. Below you can see that all my friends were sitting and resting for a while so that it would be easier to go back. We need to be more careful while descending than climbing because the rocks can be slippery. We sat here and enjoyed the beautiful views and took some pictures.

We didn't stay here for more than 20 minutes because we had to go back quickly and visit some more locations. That time we were completely exhausted and we were gathering our courage to go back but it was really fun to cross this hiking trek. The sky looked quite close from here, the wind was blowing quite strongly and the weather was very nice. I hope you liked this hiking trek. Don't forget to give your feedback about my hiking in my comment section. I will be waiting for your comments.
