There are two component on this post that makes this place quite beautiful. While Rustless Wonder signifies an aged Iron pillar, which is standing tall since centuries, and Land of Pillars signifies the awesome compound surrounding the Rustless wonder that makes it a hot tourist spot.

The Pillar is famous for its non-rusted state, despite being made of 99% iron.
The iron pillar of Delhi is a structure 23 feet 8 inches high with 16 inches diameter that was constructed by a "King Chandra", probably Chandragupta II, and now stands in the Qutb complex at Mehrauli in Delhi, India. It is famous for the rust-resistant composition of the metals used in its construction. - Wikipedia
While tourist take a astonishing tour of the Qutub Minar, the Rustless wonder is situated just at the back side of the Qutub Minar. Standing at the compound we can view the great structure from History.

The entire compound is surrounded by many pillars. And each pillar has great art work done. It was kind of gallery walk, all over the Iron Pillar. People take a walk and sit under the shades , while exploring g the areas from History. I have taken few shots on my last visit to the place, and hopefully you will enjoy.

Visiting this place does remind us the great history of India, which has many untold stories. Viewing this kind of structure does gives a great glimpse of Indian Heritage. The structure was built around 1600 BC, and still standing tall for tourist. One of the great tourist attraction.
There are so much to explore about India, and this is one of them. Hope you all enjoyed the little trip down under.
Peace
