Hello, Worldmappin fam! 💖 Hope you're all doing well and having a wonderful day ✨
This was the beginning of our day having a leisure walk, which showed us a different side of Singapore even before we got to Sentosa Island.

When we woke up, I pulled the curtain on and the sun was shining brightly from our window. We decided to go to the rooftop of the building we were staying in. There was a swimming pool and a mini gym up there. We wanted to go swimming, but it was still cold so we just stayed there for a while. We got some fresh air, looked around, and took some photos.

After that, we took the MRT going to HarbourFront station. There are many ways to get to Sentosa: you can take a car, bus, MRT, or by foot. But we chose to go down the HarbourFront and walk along the Boardwalk going to Sentosa Island. We had a tour bus, but it was only dedicated for our educational trips.

The view was breathtaking and the air was so fresh! 💖 There are many trees and you can see small boats around the sea. From here, you can see panoramic beauty of Sentosa Island. I was truly mesmerized by the gorgeous landscapes and cityscapes around it.

And if you look closely at the large pole, you can see the cable car there. It's also one way to get into Sentosa Island from Mount Faber and experience the aerial view.

If you look at the other side, you can see the port and the huge cranes. On the other side, you can see buildings with unique designs and different colors.

On the side where Sentosa is viewed, there are round chairs with a rose design. It’s incredibly beautiful! ✨ You can also see small sailing ships.

Standing behind the mesmerizing view of HarbourFront, there’s this big and tall snowman. The point where it is standing is the VivoCity, a large shopping mall there. We didn't go around inside because it’s still closed during that time.

From HarbourFront, we started walking to Sentosa Island where Universal Studios is. It seemed really far away, or maybe because we were just tired from walking the day before. But I can't help but admire its beauty! 💖

It's a good thing there are walkalators in the middle and it’s sheltered. It's great that they have this here so that in case it rains, there is a place where you can temporarily shed. It's also accessible to those with strollers or wheelchairs. It made the walk easy and fun.

Finally, we reached Sentosa. The big landmark of Resorts World Sentosa appeared before us. And after that, we went to [Universal Studios](https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@wanderelle/universal-studios-singapore-a-world), which I have shared with you before.

Although our walk is a bit long and tiring, it was worth it because of the magnificent views and the comfort brought by the walkalators we didn’t expect along the way. We didn't regret walking. We knew that it’s more convenient taking the fastest route, but sometimes, we just have to pause and allow ourselves to soak in the unique beauty that nature offered us ✨
