From that I started to think about the importance of giving tools to our little ones so they can live happily and I want to share some ideas with you.

A partir de eso comencé a plantearme la importancia de darles herramientas a nuestros pequeños para que puedan vivir felices y quiero compartir algunas ideas al respecto con ustedes.
The first thing I want to say is that our children will learn more from how their parents and elders act, than how we tell them they should act. We have many details in life to show our children in our daily lives, we can share our own experiences of personal growth and improvement, and show them that there are always opportunities to be happy.
Lo primero que quiero exponer que nuestros niños van a aprender más de cómo sus padres y mayores actúen , que como le digamos que deben actuar, tenemos muchos detalles en la vida para mostrar a nuestros pequeños en nuestro quehacer cotidiano, podemos compartir nuestras propias experiencias de superación y crecimiento personal, y mostrarles que siempre hay oportunidades para ser felices.

The main key to happiness is for our children to grow up in a loving, respectful and supportive environment. This means that they feel safe to express themselves, listen to their feelings and emotions, and above all, accept them as they are.

La clave principal para ser felices es que nuestros infantes crezcan en un ambiente de amor, respeto y apoyo. Lo que significa que se sientan seguros para expresarse, escuchar sus sentimientos y emociones, y sobre todo aceptarlos tal como son.

Debemos mostrarles que en la vida hay situaciones difíciles, donde podemos sentirnos tristes ,pero lo importante es la actitud positiva para enfrentar los problemas y resolverlos de manera constructiva , que debemos aprender de nuestros errores y seguir adelante, celebrar nuestros logros, por pequeños que sean, y seguir aprendiendo y creciendo. Evidentemente que tendremos mayor éxito en la medida que nosotros prediquemos con nuestro ejemplo, insisto en ello.
