Una gran experiencia junto a Matías [Esp/Eng]

 El fin de semana pasado fue de torneo de ajedrez, pero no se asusten, esta vez solo fue un día, y además unas tres horas solamente, esto se debió a que fue un torneo organizado por un club del estado, y no por la federación de ajedrez como tal, pero sin dudas son oportunidades para mejorar y aprender cada día un poco más. En esta oportunidad el torneo fue en el C.C Parque Costa Azul, e inició a las 4:00 pm. Se trataba de un abierto, lo que quiere decir que era algo como un todos contra todos, ya que no se toma en cuenta la edad del participante para armar las partidas, así que peden jugar con adultos o con niños más pequeños, pero al momento de las premiaciones lo hacen por categorías.    Esta vez no participaron muchas personas como en otras oportunidades, por lo que había un poco más de posibilidades para Matías de contar con una medalla en su categoría, y eso por supuesto era genial. El torneo contó solo con cinco rondas, y mientras los niños jugaban,  los familiares disfrutábamos del centro comercial, que ese día estaba bastante animado, y como no se trató de un torneo súper largo como a los que estamos acostumbrados, se disfrutó bastante la tarde.     Finalmente, cerca de las 7 pm, la actividad había finalizado y llegó el momento de las premiaciones, y por primera vez Matías obtuvo una medalla en su categoría, y para él eso fue súper emocionante  porque lo motiva un poco más, ya que en los torneos que organiza la federación de ajedrez su categoría es la que tiene mayor cantidad de niños, que además tienen muchísimos años jugando y se le ha hecho cuesta arriba, así que tanto él como nosotros estábamos más que felices.   Last weekend was a chess tournament, but do not panic, this time it was only one day, and also only three hours, this was because it was a tournament organized by a state club, and not by the chess federation as such, but certainly are opportunities to improve and learn every day a little more. In this opportunity the tournament was at the C.C. Parque Costa Azul, and started at 4:00 pm. It was an open tournament, which means that it was something like an all against all, since the age of the participant is not taken into account to set up the games, so they can play with adults or with younger children, but at the time of the awards they do it by categories.    This time not many people participated as in other opportunities, so there was a little more chance for Matias to have a medal in his category, and that of course was great. The tournament had only five rounds, and while the children played, the family members enjoyed the mall, which was quite lively that day, and as it was not a super long tournament like the ones we are used to, the evening was quite enjoyable.     Finally, around 7 pm, the activity was over and it was time for the awards, and for the first time Matias won a medal in his category, and for him that was super exciting because it motivates him a little more, since in the tournaments organized by the chess federation his category is the one with the largest number of children, who also have many years playing and it has been hard for him, so both he and we were more than happy.
