Totally different weekend / Weekend Engagement 271

Hello, happy start to the week. I hope you had a weekend as planned.  For my part, I'm here to talk about a weekend in which I did something I'm not used to, so I'm going to give you my top 3 totally different weekends I've had in less than a month. So let's begin: In third place, I'll tell you about a Sunday at the beach that is quite unusual, because not only do we only go to the beach two or three times a year, even though it's quite close to the city, but when we do go, we never go on a Sunday.  But last week, we had several commitments on Saturday and it was urgent, very urgent, that we go to the beach because we had promised to take our daughter there before she had surgery scheduled for four days later. So, unusually, we got everything ready and went. In second place, I'll tell you about another Sunday, which is still very unusual because we don't like, well... My husband doesn't like to go out on Sundays because he likes to rest to start the week, and he prefers any weekend plans to be on Friday or Saturday. So, for this second place, the strangest thing is that we agreed to take part in a totally unusual excursion with a group of my children's friends and some of their parents to a very interesting place.  We went to visit the Cuevas del Indio, where we went on a very fun hike that was quite demanding, climbing up and then entering the large cave with torches and a number of instructions for entering bat territory. Then we took part in Boy Scout-style games and activities, which was very strange, but we had a great time. First of all, well, we have this weekend that is passing because for me it was exclusively about taking care of my daughter in her post-surgery recovery, and it has been a very demanding weekend due to all her care, since, as I have told you in my blog, she cannot walk and has casts on both legs. By the way, I'll take this opportunity to tell you that she's progressing quite well. We arrived from the hospital on Friday, and that's how our weekend began, adapting to the circumstances.   As a bonus track, I'm going to venture to answer another question from this Weekend Engagement N 271 about how I would justify my existence on this earth and why. In this regard, I feel good thinking that in this life, on this earth, I came to experience beauty and inspiration. And I am pleased to feel that I have fulfilled this mission. I have also learned about compassion and try to teach it to the people I care about. I decided to bring four children into the world, and I did not have them on a whim, out of ego, or to fulfil a cliché. I hope that through my existence and what I am leaving behind in them, I am helping to raise the level of consciousness of the inhabitants of this world.
