Para una tarta de 24 cm: Base: - 450 gramos de galletas molidas - 200 gramos de margarina (derretida) Crema: - 200 gr de queso Philadelphia - 200 gr ricota - 200 gr queso crema untable - 80 gr azúcar - 1 pizca de sal Confitura: - 300 gr frutos rojos congelados (fresas) - 100 gr azúcar - tres gotas de zumo de limón Extras: - un molde desmontable de 24 cm - papel encerado

Lo primero que haremos es escoger unas galletas de sabor suave , en este caso utilizamos tipo María Caledonia, pero la marca la escoges a tu gusto, lo importante es usar la cantidad de gramos exacta. >The first thing we will do is choose some mild-flavored cookies. Ya lista la base de la tarta preparamos la confitura de fresas, colocando la pulpa (300 gramos) y el azúcar (100 gramos) con tres gotas de jugo de limón en una olla y llevamos a fuego medio alto hasta reducir y obtener una mermelada suave. >Once the cake base is ready, prepare the strawberry jam by placing the pulp (300 grams) and sugar (100 grams) with three drops of lemon juice in a pot and cook over medium-high heat until reduced and a smooth jam is obtained.
