This hike required four hours of physical effort on slippery, rocky ground, enduring the sun and high temperatures, and culminating in a place with a legendary view, where one mistake can cost you your life. For this hike, I recommend the following: (hiking poles and boots), plenty of water (at least 5 liters), and snacks. There are no nearby places to buy supplies, so you'll need to be very prepared. Sunny winter days are ideal due to the low temperatures. It's not advisable to hike the trail on rainy days because the path is very dangerous. And don't let the summer heat, which can reach 40 degrees, catch you off guard.🌍🧭
Para esta caminata te recomiendo de forma obligatoria: (bastones de excursión y botas) abundante agua mínimo 5lts, y snaks no hay sitios cerca para comprar insumos, por ello tienes que ir muy preparado, los días de invierno con sol son los ideales por las bajas temperaturas, no es nada recomendable hacer el sendero en días de lluvias porque el camino es muy peligroso; y que no te tomen desprevenido el calor del verano que alcanza los 40 grados.🗺️⛵🚩
**Mediterranean scrubland🗺️🌷**
These types of ecosystems are unique to the Mediterranean and the coastal areas of Europe, including Portugal and Spain. The vegetation is predominantly low shrubs, with only a few pines. The Arbutus unedo tree is quite dominant, and we see other aromatic plants such as thyme. This is quite a challenge because if there are no paths, we will probably hurt our legs with the thorns.🌍📍

Recuerdo que solo llegue a visitar el local una vez y más nunca lo localice, es bastante difícil llegar en él y tenemos que hacer como detectives, ir siguiendo los caminos y devolvernos si sentimos que algo no va bien, tienes que estar muy atento a las piedras, que algunas están pintadas con indicativos que te muestran por donde ir, uno de los tips: más importante es siempre avanzar en sentido (SUR) y nunca te desvíes de las rutas próximas de los barrancos.🌍📸

The craziest impression I got was that I was hiking and felt a thermal sensation of about 40 degrees and when I reached the top of the mountain I saw all this fog, it was... How crazy... The weather in Portugal can be 40 degrees one day and 26 degrees the next in the middle of summer...📸🌍
