Today I want to share with you an unexpected, fleeting, ephemeral, a bit quick but very attractive visit. I had planned to visit a museum in the city especially to bring you that interesting content about the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), but along the way I stumbled upon the National Museum of Decorative Art and there was an hour left before closing, so I decided to go in and stop by this museum in the first instance. Here we go 😃

Un saludo especial al equipo dirigido por @storiesoferne , @aplusd que hace que ésta comunidad sea tan especial como la conocemos.Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una visita inesperada, fugaz, efímera, un poco rápida pero muy atractiva. Había planificado visitar un museo en la ciudad especialmente para traerle ese contenido interesante sobre el museo de arte latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA), pero durante el trayecto me topé con el Museo Nacional de Arte Decorativo y quedaba una hora para su cierre, así que decidí entrar y pasar por este museo en primera instancia. This museum is located on Del Libertador Avenue in the Palermo neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, a few kilometers from the other museum mentioned above. It is impossible not to stop in front of such a building and style, which captures the attention of anyone. A building built at the beginning of the last century in 1911 approximately that has a French neoclassical style and was inaugurated in 1937 as a museum by the state with a set of works of art that belonged along with the palace to the Chilean ambassador in Argentina.
This work of art was designed under the responsibility of the architect René Sergent and for its construction many of the materials were brought from Europe as most of the works of Buenos Aires, although for this building even came some craftsmen from Europe for the realization of some specific points. The palace stands out for its imposing facade, constituted by its emblematic columns, large windows and is distributed by four floors and a basement.
Éste museo está ubicado en la Avenida Del Libertador en el barrio de Palermo de la ciudad de Buenos Aires a pocos kilómetros del otro museo antes mencionado. Es imposible no detenerse ante semejante edificación y estilo, que capta la atención de cualquiera. Un edificio construido a principios del siglo pasado en 1911 aproximadamente que posee un estilo neoclasico francés y que fue inaugurado para el año 1937 como un museo por parte del estado con un conjunto de obras de arte que pertenecían junto al palacio al embajador de Chile en Argentina.Está obra de arte fué diseñado bajo la responsabilidad del arquitecto René Sergent y para su construcción muchos de los materiales fueron traídos de Europa como la mayoría de las obras de Buenos Aires, aunque para este edificio incluso vinieron algunos artesanos de Europa para la realización de algunos puntos en específico. El palacio se destaca por su imponente fachada, constituida por sus emblemáticas columnas, ventanales y esta distribuido por cuatros y pisos y un subsuelo.
It was built under the neoclassical architectural influence of the eighteenth century and the use of materials that stand out are marble, granite, thick masonry, wood paneling, all brought from Europe. The main entrance is related to a garden that surrounds it and the terrace is of free access with guided visits.
Fué construído bajo la influencia arquitectónica neoclasicos del siglo XVIII y la utilización de los materiales que se destacan son el mármol, granito, mampostería gruesa, revestimientos de madera, todos traídos de Europa. La entrada principal se relaciona con un jardín que lo rodea y la terraza es de libre acceso con visitas guiadas.

Interior design and permanent collection of works of art.

The palace has many permanent works of art such as sculptures, paintings, gold and silver work, miniatures, porcelains, among many others, on the other hand also has works that are transitory of different authors where they expose their work for a certain time, thus offering a constant support to artists and rotate these works to cover the largest amount of works for the general public.
El palacio cuenta con numerosas obras de arte de forma permanente tales como esculturas, pinturas, orfebrería, miniaturas, porcelanas, entre muchos otros, por otra parte también cuenta con obras que son transitorias de diferentes autores dónde exponen su trabajo por un tiempo determinado, de esa forma ofrecen un apoyo constante a los artistas y van rotando estos trabajos para poder abarcar la mayor cantidad de obras para el público en general.

Antique clocks, gigantic paintings, bedrooms that are kept for exhibition and all the corridors and staircases are amazing.

Here I show you some of these works, goldsmiths and sculptures that I had time to photograph in the short time of my visit, as well as the aesthetics and appearance of some corridors and stairways.
Acá les muestro algunas de estas obras, orfebrerías y esculturas que tuve tiempo de fotografiar en ese corto tiempo de mi visita, así como también de la estética y apariencia de algunas pasillos, escaleras.
A very important fact is that the common visits to this museum are free and free circulation, however there are also guided tours that allow us to access certain parts of the building such as the terrace, some rooms and the basement. In the surroundings of the palace as I mentioned before there is a garden where there is a cafeteria where you can have a snack in view of the palace.
I was very interested in this place so I will make another visit, this time with more time to try to enjoy all the facilities and to be able to access all the rooms.

Un dato muy importante es que las visitas comunes a este museo son gratuitas y de libre circulación, sin embargo también existen visitas guiadas que nos permiten acceder a ciertas partes del edificio como la terraza, algunas salas y el subsuelo. En los alrededores del palacio como mencioné anteriormente se encuentra un jardín en el que se encuentra una cafetería donde se puede merendar a la vista del palacio.Me interesó muchísimo este lugar así que haré otra visita, está vez con más tiempo para tratar de disfrutar de todas las instalaciones y poder acceder a todas las salas.En la hora de mi salida también aproveche para tomar algunas fotos de noche o mientras caía la noche, asi que les dejo esas fotos por acá y con ellas me despido por hoy. Espero tengan un muy lindo día a todos y espero que hayan disfrutado.
