En tal sentido; para ello, tenemos un libro escrito por Miguel Ángel Cornejo, quien es considerado uno de los maestros, en lo que ha motivación y liderazgo se refiere. Un autor cuyas características y narrativa están orientadas al desarrollo personal y profesional; porque para él, la excelencia no debe ser obligada y mucho menos debe ser improvisada; al contrario, la excelencia debe ser un estilo de vida, ya que ello te podría garantizar el éxito, no solo en el aspecto laboral; sino en todos los campos de acción de nuestra vida. Además; esta excelencia combinada con el liderazgo, serán armas sumamente importantes para alcanzar ese éxito; y no hablamos que un lider tiene esa habilidad de nacimiento, sino que esa habilidad también la podemos desarrollar. Es como si el autor nos expresara directamente sus razones y muchos de nosotros solo respondieramos con excusas, que no podemos o que tenemos limitaciones por esto y aquello; en tal sentido, recibimos ciertos regaños que nos invitan a dejar de lado cualquier sentido de baja autoestima, que dejemos de ser víctimas y que solo pensemos en que nosotros somos poderosos, somos líderes y somos los edificadores de nuestro propio destino. Es decir; seamos proactivos y no nos quedemos sentados a esperar que alguien nos guíe o que las cosas suceden por si solas; porque la excelencia no debe ser algo del momento, sino es algo que debe perdurar en el tiempo y eso los podemos internalizar durante la lectura. Pero ese punto muy poco se puede lograr, sino están presentes la disciplina y la perseverancia, puesto que estos aspectos te van a permitir convertir todos tus sueños en realidad; porque los logros no son casualidades si son edificados bloque a bloque. Otro aspecto interesante; es que el autor, aunque en ciertos pasajes se observa muy directo y fuerte en lo que dice; también es cierto, que siempre mantiene el respeto por las personas. Esto está presente a través de las diferentes experiencias que encontramos y también nos invita a internalizar que las personas no deben se valoradas por las cosas que poseen, sino por su personalidad y sus ganas de superación. Realmente este libro nos sorprende en cada página que leemos; en este caso, podemos internalizar que al realizar autoevaluaciones de forma constante, sin duda alguna nos analizamos de tal manera, que podemos descubrir nuestras debilidades y sin ningún tipo de temor trabajar para superarlas. Siempre actuemos con humildad y reconocer que no lo sabemos todo; por el contrario, seamos capaces de entender que cada día aprendemos cosas nuevas; dejando claro que la humildad no significa complacer a todo el mundo, ya que esto podría significar ausencia de progreso en la obtención de tus metas. Tener una mentalidad de ganador es sumamente importante; porque todo debe ser logrado con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación; en tal sentido, debemos retarnos a ser mejores y a cumplir con excelencia cada tarea; no importa el tamaño de la misma, porque siempre estaremos sumando en cada acción.
