Today, sharing a simple, faster dinner recipe with you. It was a little busy day, and no plan for dinner. When I came home from work was hungry, my husband was also busy with something, so I was thinking what to have for dinner? Just like usual, I opened the fridge, found some vegetables, took the jar of brown lentils, and just made some stew and plain rice had some chapatis from yesterday. And a quick, delicious, and easy dinner I ready. Ingredients:

$1 1 cup brown lentils 2 potatoes 2 tomatoes 1 sivri 1 carrot 2 brinjals 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 2 cm ginger 2 sprigs of coriander 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp homemade garam masala 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut $1$1 Wash the lentils, place them in the pressure cooker, and add 2 glasses of water, around 500 ml. $1 Wash and cut potatoes, brinjal, carrot, chop ginger, and garlic. $1 Put them in the pressure cooker with lentils. $1 Chopped ginger and garlic $1 Chopped tomatoes and an onion. $1 Coriander and sivri(green paprika) After putting salt, pepper, and garam masala. Close the cooker and cook until three blasts. After three blasts, remove from the heat until the pressure is reduced enough to open the cooker cover.
