Today, I am going to share with you how to prepare curry powder at home without artificial sweeteners. It is made from all-natural ingredients that are both healthy and delicious. Required Ingredients...
๐ถ 30g cumin seeds. ๐ถ 30g fennel seeds. ๐ถ 100g coriander seeds. ๐ถ Some dried curry leaves. ๐ถ 1 pandan leaf. ๐ถ 30g Mung bean. ๐ถ 2 - 3 cardamom. ๐ถ 2 - 3 cloves . ๐ถ A little cinnamon bark. ๐ถ About 8-10 dry chili pods. ๐ถ 20g Pepper seed. ๐ถ 10g fenugreek seeds. ๐ถ A pinch of mace spice.
Method of making.
First, heat a pan on the stove. Then, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds, and fry them until they turn brown. Transfer the fried seeds to a separate cup. (In the meantime, mix.)
Then add mung bean, fenugreek seeds and pepper seed to the reheated pot and fry for about 3 minutes and keep it separately.
Then fry the chilli pods / cardamom, cloves, cinnamon bark, mace spice / curry leaves & pandan leaves separately in the heated pot.
Next, take a blender and add the roasted spices to it little by little. Blend until you achieve a fine powder consistency.
Then, use a flour strainer to filter the well-blended curry powder.
