Estando en casa , después de almorzar, no sé si le pasa lo mismo que a mí. Que buscamos algo que comer . Revise la nevera y no encontré nada. Entonces dije voy a ver qué preparo , quiero comer un dulce sabroso. Lo único que tenía en la nevera era batata (boniato) , pues de eso voy a preparar un dulce. Además tenía un poco de chocolate en polvo.
**Hoy quiero mostrar cómo preparar un delicioso dulce de batata (boniato) cubierto con una capa de chocolate**
La batata o boniato :es un tubérculo nutritivo con una amplia gama de usos culinarios ,que se puede disfrutar en diversas formas y platos.
Posee muchas propiedades: como altos contenido en fibra, vitaminas :A y C,minerales (potasio y manganeso) y antioxidantes.Además fortalece el sistema inmunológico y ayuda a controlar el peso.

Being at home , after lunch , I don't know if it happens to you the same as it does to me . We are looking for something to eat. I checked the fridge and found nothing. So I said I'm going to see what I prepare , I want to eat a tasty sweet . The only thing I had in the fridge was sweet potato, so that's what I'm going to make a sweet. I also had some chocolate powder.
**Today I want to show you how to prepare a delicious sweet potato candy covered with a layer of chocolate**
The sweet potato is a nutritious tuber with a wide range of culinary uses, which can be enjoyed in various forms and dishes.
It has many properties: high in fiber, vitamins A and C, minerals (potassium and manganese) and antioxidants, strengthens the immune system and helps to control weight.
#### Ingredientes que se necesitan para preparar el dulce de batata o boniato ,cubierta de chocolate:
- 500 gramos de batatas o boniatos.
- 150 gramos de chocolate en polvo.
- 2 cucharadas de vainillas.
- 150 gramos de azúcar.
- 60 gramos de maicena.
#### Ingredients needed to prepare the sweet potato candy, covered with chocolate:
- 500 grams of sweet potatoes.
- 150 grams of chocolate powder.
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla.
- 150 grams of sugar.
- - 60 grams of cornstarch.
#### Paso a paso de la preparación:
- Lo primero que se hace es lavar bien las batatas con agua, sacarle la tierra ,ya que se sancocha con la concha.
- Colocar agua en una olla y se meten los batatas, se pone a sancochar . Cuando veamos que están flojos lo bajamos de la candela.
- Lo metemos en agua fría y así podemos quitarle la concha

- Put water in a pot and put the sweet potatoes in it, and let it boil. When we see that they are loose we take them down from the fire.
- We put it in cold water and then we can remove the shell.
- Con un tenedor hace puré la batata.
- Coloca una olla con agua en la candela ,agregas azúcar, la vainilla, el puré de batatas. - Debemos ir removiéndolo.
- Ahora en una taza colocar la maicena,agrega agua y remueve.
- Ese líquido debes ir añadiendo poco a poco al dulce.
- Cuando veamos que pasas la cuchara y se ve el fondo de la olla , ya está listo.
- Tomamos un poco del dulce y le agregamos el chocolate y lo cocinamos. Está es la capa de chocolate que le agregamos la dulce
- Mash the sweet potato with a fork.

- Now in a cup place the cornstarch, add water and stir.
- This liquid should be added little by little to the candy.
