Today my Father Inlaw insisted I made his favourite Two Leaves soup”Vegetable and pumpkin Leaf cooked in one pot and He brought the ingredients and I started making this soup which turns out to be Tasty and delicious.
INGREDIENTS USED
Medium quantity of Vegetables
Small quantity of Pumpkin Leaf
Half litre of Red oil
One bulb of Onions
Four pieces of Fresh pepper
One tablespoon of salt
Small quantity of Thickner
PROCEDURE USED
In this procedure,I will show you all how I made this Two Leaves Soup that turns out Very tasty and delicious.
First I washed my vegetable,used my hands and pieces my pumpkin leaf,wash it and pour a little water on my pot and allow it to boil very well.
When it has boiled very well,I added my red oil and allow it to boil more ,I added my (native Achi)that serves as thickner to my soup and then add my fresh pepper,salt and stir very well and added my Vegetable and stir again.
This soup supply’s the body with enough blood.it is full of Vitamins and it Nourishes our body system.
Then I now added my onions and pumpkin leaves and stired very well.After a little while of boiling,my Soup was ready to be serve.
Then I served it to my father Inlaw which he raised his thumbs up 👍 to me saying the soup was amazingly tasty and delicious.you can also enjoy this soup with any swallow of your choice.
