My Local Native Banga Stew cooked with Rice and Beans and served with Banana Fruit.

Warm Greetings to this wounderful community,I welcome you all to my Blog this evening.

Today I decided to cook this African Banga stew for my husband since we are in the village and I used firewood and my local pot to Make this African Banga stew cooked with Rice and beans and served with Banana Fruit. which turns out to be sweet and Tasty and he loved it so much with his family members and I decided to use it and make a post.

INGREDIENTS USED
Two cups of Rice
Two cup Beans
Big quantity of Banga Palm Fruits
One tablespoon of salt
Six pieces of Fresh Tomatoes 🍅
One sachet of Banga spice
Five pieces of fresh pepper
Four pieces of Banana
Few pieces of Scent Leaves
Water

PROCEDURE USED

In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty Banga stew cooked with rice and beans and served with Veggies.

First I washed my Ingridients,slice and chopped my onions and then I poured water inside my palm fruits and washed it throughly and put to my pot and starts cooking it,

Then I prepared all my Ingredients and set aside.

After cooking for a while,I seived it out and pour it inside my mortar and starts pounding it,

After a while of pounding it,it was very smooth,then I pour some water inside the pounded banga palm fruits it will help me to remove my oil very well, then I used my hands and mashed it very well and allow the water to settle down for some minutes,I now seived it inside my pot and put it on fire to drain a little water before adding my ingridients.
Then after a little,I added my fresh tomatoes, my chopped onions,my Pounded pepper,and scent leaves and stired very well.

I now added my Banga spice with salt and after a while my local banga stew was ready.

Then I pick my beans and separated chaff and sand and then washed it and seived to my local pot and starts cooking it.

After cooking for a while,it has already soften a bit,I seived it out and set it aside,and then pour my rice on the bowl and washed throughly,I put a little water inside my pot and started perboiling my Rice and after a while ,I seived it out.

Then I pour another water inside my local pot and pour both my rice and beans together and allow it to boil very well,after a while of boiling it drained water and my rice and beans was Ready.

I now dished it to my husband and his family members which they loved asked for more.
