Today I made fruit salad for myself after a long day at school on my way back I bought carrots and apple I already have my beetroot so I made this fruit salad for lunch since am very tried to cook.
Fruit salad is one of the healthy food because it has a lot of health benefits.
Let's see the ingredients I used in making my fruit salad.
5 piece of carrots
1 Apple
1 beetroot
2 sechet of good time milk
Water.
PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making my fruit salad is very easy and simple.
I will first wash my apple and my carrots and cut them into pieces I will also wash my beetroot peel the back wash it and cut into smaller size.
I will now mix my carrots and beetroot together, I will now put my apple and mix them together too.
I will now add my milk and mix.
Here my fruit salad is ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting and also contains a lot of health benefits but fruits has essential vitamins that is healthy to the body.
