Fried Koro Nuts
Fried koro nuts are my favorite snack, I usually buy a lot of these nuts when Eid arrives. I always prepare this as a snack dish to fill the jar, besides that my late father really liked it. However, this time it's different I want to process it myself, yeah because I'm very curious about the process of making it. Even though I have a few koro nuts I have to try it myself, even though the end result is not as beautiful as the one bought.  Kacang koro goreng is a simple snack dish processed by seasoning it and then frying it crispy in hot oil. The process of making it very easy is almost the same as the process of making other beans that you usually make. But you must pay attention when frying use low heat for better results.

Result
 Kacang koro is ready to be enjoyed, serve in a container according to your taste, if you make a large amount you can store it in a partially airtight container. Now when fried, pay attention to the beans so that they cook evenly and optimally. If the beans are hardened and crispy, it means that the beans can be removed. |||| |-|-|-|
Now the next tips is to use old peanuts not young peanuts. Look at some of the results there is a brownish color almost blackish. That is an example of beans that are still too young when after being fried.  I like the texture of the peanuts crunchy but not that hard dense filling inside a little lighter and the peanuts are very spft a little more loose I don't really understand describe it clearly the peanuts are very good. The taste of fat is very savory nyq perfect, it looks like I have to plant koro trees here so that it is easier to harvest and process it myself.
