Kue untir-untir
--- --- Kue untir-untir is the original name but we in this area often recognize it as kue tali tambang. The shape is so similar to a rope that we are used to calling it that. This cake has a very easy composition of ingredients using only flour, water and oil to create a very easy specialty cake. But as time goes by, my favorite cake from childhood has many variants of course with various types of preparations. Well because I just did it I will make it with easy ingredients of course in a simple way. Let's see the step by step preparation!. --- --- ---Ingredients Used
--- --- 150 grams flour 20 ml minyk goreng To taste water ½ teaspoon salt To taste powdered sugar for topping --- --- ---Making Procedure
--- Flour and salt are mixed in one container then add little by little water while kneading. ---

Presentation Suggestion
--- After the cake has cooled, I prepare powdered sugar and then sift it over the cake so that it is evenly mixed, now for storage in an airtight container so that mine remains crispy. --- |||| |-|-|-| --- Now here I serve it on a plate to photograph it and then after the photo side is finished I taste it. Very crispy and the sweetness is just right, not excessive, very suitable to be enjoyed while relaxing. Now some of these cakes in the original recipe are stirred in sugar water which is cooked until it dries, then the cake is stirred. In my opinion, all versions are delicious, of course the added powdered sugar has less sweetness but if stirred in sugar the cake is sweeter, all according to your taste. --- --- --- --- ---
