ingredients 4 tubes of potatoes
8 Green beans
1/2 bunch of lettuce
2 tablespoons of red pepper
3 cooking spoon of Vegetable oil
1/2 onions
Salt to taste
Water....
preparation I cut out the body of my potatoes and i sliced it
I put everything inside a bowl,i rinsed it and i put my pot and fire.then i poured my warm water inside the pot
I poured out the water,i poured my potatoes inside the water and i covered it to steam for 30minutes
After 30minutes i opened the pot and i poured my potatoes inside the sieve to sieve out the water
I poured it back inside the pot,i put a little vegetable oil and i mashed it with my turning stick
Afterwards i rinsed my green beans and i sliced it my knife
Then i poured it inside a bowl ,i rinsed my lettuce and i cut out the stick
I sliced my lettuce
I poured my lettuce inside my green beans then i put my small pot on fire,i put little water and i poured my beans and lettuce inside it ,i put small salt and i stired it together.i left it to boil for 10 minutes
I sliced my onions,i sieve my beans and lettuce and i put my pot back on fire,i put my vegetable oil,i poured my beans and lettuce,i put my onion
I put my red pepper and salt and i stir fried it for 5 minutes
