Materials Used.
Yellow sweet potato 300g. Some grated coconut. Salt to taste. 1 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder. Curry leaves. A finely chopped onion. 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
The cooking process as follows.
First, peel the sweet potatoes, wash them well, and clean them thoroughly. Then, cut them into fairly large pieces and add them to a cooking pot.
Next, place the pot on the stove, add water and salt to taste, and boil the sweet potatoes well.
Next, take another pan and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add curry leaves, green chilies, chopped onions, and a little black pepper, then mix well.
Finally, add the boiled sweet potatoes and some grated coconut to the mixture. Cook for about 2 minutes and then remove from the stove.
