Today, I have decided to make a new and delightful Sri Lankan sweet treat. Sri Lankan Dosi is a beloved traditional confection known for its delightful blend of coconut, sugar, and aromatic spices. However, for this version, I have used a combination of coconut milk, semolina, dates, and sugar to create a unique and flavorful twist. Often enjoyed during festive occasions, this delicious treat is not only easy to prepare but also rich in taste. Let's go through the step-by-step process of making this delectable sweet together!

Materials Used.

Sugar 200g. Coconut milk 250ml. 125g of pitted and chopped dates. 100g of roasted semolina.

The cooking process as follows.

Next, place a pan on the stove and add the coconut milk. Once the coconut milk is heated, add the chopped dates, sugar and mix well. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
