Materials Used.

Ridge Gourd 300g.
3 cloves of chopped garlic.
A few finely chopped onions.
2 Chopped green chilli pods.
Some chopped curry leaves.
A few small pieces of pandan.
Salt to taste.
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1/2 Cup of coconut milk.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds.
1/2 Teaspoon of Fenugreek seed.

The cooking process as follows.

Now let's see how to prepare this. Cut off the top skin of the Ridge Gourd, cut it into round pieces, wash it, clean it and keep it aside.

Now take a pan and add about one tablespoon of coconut oil, placing it on the stove. When the oil is heated, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, garlic, onion, pandan leaves, curry leaves, and a few green chilies, and mix well. Allow it to sauté for a while.
