Hope you are all great today enjoying good health. Am doing good too and happy to be here to share this special recipe of homemade sesame bread, very soft and spongy looking. I love breads a lot and making them in different flavors, garnishes and shapes is what I cherish so much.
This recipe is all about technique. The ingredients used in this homemade sesame garnished bread are very simple, and very similar to my basic, everyday bread recipe that I use as a straightforward ingredients. They are ingredients we do have in our pantries and can always help for a quick bake.
The first time I attempted to bake some homemade sesame garnished bread, I went ahead to first roast the sesame, and garnishing the loaf with it before baking made the sesame over baked and burnt at the end of the baking. But in todayβs recipe, the sesame was sprinkled on the dough without toasting nor roasting to bake along with the bread π₯― for that crunchy and brownie finishing, leaving the bread spongy and delicious.
If you are a lover of bread, freshly homemade baked breads are usually the best especially when they are flavored and garnished with what ever flavor choice and toppings, making it unique away from store-bought loafs
Cone with me as I take you through every step by step of this recipe
INGREDIENTS:
300 g of all purpose flour 4 tablespoonful of sesame seeds 1 teaspoon of butter scotch extract 11/2 teaspoon of dry yeast 2 tablespoons of margarine 1/4 teaspoon of salt 3 tablespoons of premium sugar 1 sachet of non- dairy creamer 1/2 mug of spring warm water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
We will start this recipe beginning with taking the flour into a larger bowl

We add dry ingredients into the flour. The sugar, yeast and salt.
And we stir them into the flour.
Step 3.
We add the butter scotch extract and the non-dairy creamer powder above.
We stir both into the flour
Step 4.
We add the margarine, and using our finger tips to incorporate it into the flour.
Step 5.
To form our dough, we gradually add the warm water above, stirring.
Gradually forming the dough into a fine dough.
Step 6.
Once the dough is ready, we cut it into two and mold into a ball π shape,
And we add some salt into the sesame for taste .
Step 7.
We place the mold dough in the glazed baking pan to garnish it with the sesame seeds.

Step 8.
Cover in a warm place for for 20 minutes to double in size.
Then we bake for 20 - 25 minutes for that crunchy, golden brown and spongy finishing.
My original plans was to come up with a recipe for a fast loaf with flavors since I love flavors in a bread, but once I saw the sesame seed pack in the pantry this sesame garnished spongy bread π. It taste so good and I recommend you try making a sesame garnished bread.
