Honeycomb Shape Inspired Finger Snacks Recipe 🐝🍯.

Warm greetings to this wonderful day with life and wellness. Wishing everyone a productive and successful week ahead. And today am happy to be with you Plantpowervegan family.

An inspiration cane to my mind yesterday while wanting to prepare some snacks for tea time as the weather suddenly changed from a bright sunny 🌞 morning to a rainy β˜”οΈday. Nature is so beautiful with what it offers us especially when it comes at the right time. The weather has really been hot, and this very rain came at the right time.

So inspired, I decided to prepare some finger tiny snacks in the shape of a honeycomb. Have you used a honeycomb stick before 🍯🐝? You need to check it out with google. Its a stick used in applying honey 🍯 on foods or snacks instead of spoon πŸ₯„ .

Making this shape I devised using a fork 🍴 to make the rolls of this finger snacks which gave me this beautiful bee 🐝 honeycomb 🍯shape. And this snacks is the type you can store in a jar 🏺for an on -the -move, and /or refrigerator for tea time as we approach Spring πŸŒΊπŸŒΏπŸŒΈπŸƒand rainy days β˜”οΈ.

Lets me take you through the ingredients and process for the preparation.

INGREDIENTS:

150 g of all purpose flour 100 g of semolina flour 50 g of corn 🌽 flour 30 g of premium sugar 1/2 glass of soy milk 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry essence 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda Pinch of salt 2 tablespoons of margarine 🧈

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare this recipe I will start by adding the flours together: Added first the all purpose flour, the semolina and the corn 🌽 flour .

Stir all together to incorporate.

Step 2.

I will add the baking soda, the baking powder, the salt and the sugar.

Stir all together evenly.

Step 3.

I will add the wet ingredients. Strawberry, and the vanilla extracts .

Step 4.

Next is to add the margarine, the milk and stir them into the flours to form a dough.

Once the dough is ready, I will take it and cut into straight lines, then cut into small tiny sizes.

To mold into the honeycomb stick shape 🍯🐝, I will take each small size dough, place it on a long fork 🍴 , force it down into its lines, and fold it forward to obtain this designed fork lines on each. And will place it on a glazed pan.

Step 7.

And gradually will place all the shapes in the glazed baking pan. Lining up every roll.

Step 8.

I will take this honeycomb 🍯shapes into the oven to bake it s at 180 Celsius for 35 minutes to crisp up and crunchy..

Step 9.

Once timing elapse, its all ready for from the oven hot and flavorful. I will serve warm for tea time and leave others to cool for storing .

And we store into the jar 🏺, An all time finger snacks that we can even take out as little hunger snacks or refrigerate for morning coffee β˜•οΈ or tea 🍡 time at home. Hope you enjoyed the preparation of this interesting shaped finger snacks.
