🇪🇸 ~ De 2022 a 2025 se ha sentido como una eternidad. Es como si en estos 3 años de diferencia hubiera ocurrido (y terminado) más de 1 revolución, ¿el mundo esta mas acelerado, o quiza mi mundo se ha ralentizado?, en el universo de los eventos de entretenimiento y cosplay en Venezuela ha pasado de todo a distintos niveles; noticias, novedades, despedidas, reencuentros, nuevos comienzos, ¡mucha evolución!, y hoy reflexiono que me cuesta trabajo estar al día con todo. > 🇺🇸 ~ From 2022 to 2025 has felt like an eternity. It's as if in these three years, more than one revolution has taken place (and ended). Is the world moving faster, or has my world slowed down? In the universe of entertainment and cosplay events in Venezuela, everything has happened at different levels; news, updates, farewells, reunions, new beginnings, a lot of evolution! And today, I reflect on how hard it is for me to keep up with everything. No puedo caer (equivocadamente) hoy en el argot nostálgico y decir algo como "antes las cosas eran mejores", porque aunque ciertos aspectos de los eventos de entretenimiento y cosplay podemos predecirlos (por los elementos y pasos propios necesarios para hacerse) hoy reconozco muchas cosas nuevas, o al menos que algo nuevo y fascinante esta surgiendo de toda esta mezcolanza de expresión, tendencias, cruce de información, **¡y sobre todo nuevos recursos!,** hoy existen mas opciones y mas facilidades para adquirir lo que necesitas como Cosplayer, y como evento hay muchos proveedores de servicio para considerar cuál se ajusta mejor a tu presupuesto y visión (oh, y tenemos más cultura de patrocinio y alianzas). > I can't (wrongly) fall into nostalgic slang today and say something like "things were better before", because although certain aspects of entertainment and cosplay events can be predicted (based on the elements and steps required to make them happen), today I recognize many new things, or at least that something new and fascinating is emerging from this whole mix of expression, trends, information exchange, **and above all, new resources!** Today, there are more options and more facilities to acquire what you need as a cosplayer, and as an event, there are many service providers to consider which best fits your budget and vision (oh, and we have more of a culture of sponsorship and partnerships).

No tengo idea hacia donde vamos amigos, pero estoy emocionada por el futuro, aunque no me gusta la presión (y no permito ni permitiré jamás que alguien me presione) y me considero "libre de algoritmos", estoy impresionada con todo lo que otras personas estan logrando, todo lo que han crecido, cómo han evolucionado y pulido su arte, estoy encantada y feliz de verlos aunque poco interactúo. Estoy feliz por los que vuelven, y feliz por los que han decidido tomarse un descanso esperando que su salud y temas personales se recuperen y renueven. > I have no idea where we're headed, friends, but I'm excited about the future. Even though I don't like pressure (and I don't and will never allow anyone to pressure me) and consider myself “algorithm-free,” I'm impressed with everything other people are achieving, how much they've grown, how they've evolved and refined their art. I'm delighted and happy to see them, even though I don't interact much. I'm happy for those who are coming back, and happy for those who have decided to take a break while waiting for their health and personal issues to recover and renew. Desde mi lugar y ya hace varios meses tomé la decisión de permitir que este nuevo hiatus fluya tranquilamente, hace casi 3 años empezó para mi una nueva pausa del Cosplay que no escogi, y aunque no me ven en eventos o viajando no significa que me fui, estoy descansando pero siempre recopilando nuevas ideas, haciendo mini cursos, aprendiendo técnicas nuevas, e imprimiendo muchas muchas muchas referencias para todos los proyectos que quiero hacer; hace unos meses tambien decidí que quiero ser espectadora, siempre me ha gustado admirar y seguir el trabajo de otros e involucrarme en temas de interés para toda la comunidad (sobre todo en compartir conocimiento) pero precisamente como al inicio de esta nota, es verdad cuando te digo que me siento abrumada, que siento que muchas cosas pasan al mismo tiempo y me cuesta seguir el paso, pero estoy muy contenta y a gusto en mi posición actual. **Admirando y estudiando.** > From my perspective, several months ago I made the decision to allow this new hiatus to flow smoothly. Almost three years ago, I began a new break from Cosplay that I did not choose, and although you don't see me at events or traveling, it doesn't mean that I'm gone. I'm resting, but I'm always gathering new ideas, taking mini courses, learning new techniques, and printing many, many references for all the projects I want to do. A few months ago, I also decided that I want to be a spectator. I've always enjoyed admiring and following the work of others and getting involved in topics of interest to the whole community (especially sharing knowledge), but as I said at the beginning of this note, it's true when I tell you that I feel overwhelmed, that I feel like many things are happening at the same time and I'm struggling to keep up, but I'm very happy and comfortable in my current position. **Admiring and studying.**
