I’ve been trying different varieties of beers in Germany and I must say everything I tried tastes really good. Today, I will share with you two types of beer which we drank when we visited our friend.

So as you can see, we had one beer each with one hard drink in the middle - Opthimus. This is Rum with 38% of alcohol content. It also taste good! When you take a shot, it goes down smoothly, and you can easily feel the heat in your body. But I’ll focus on this beer called Löwenbräu München. It has 5.2% alcohol and comes in a 500 ML bottle. It is one of the most famous and oldest German beers. First of all, I really like how the bottle looks — tall and classy. It has light bitterness, smooth and slightly malty taste. A very refreshing for a traditional beer. I’m now a fan of these kinds of beers because you can just grab one and enjoy a good conversation with friends. And if you want more, no one’s going to say no! 😂
I feel so lucky to have seen the secret behind why their beer tastes so good! While we were driving, we passed by the hop fields - one of the key ingredients in their beer. This is what they used to preserve the taste of the beer. I really appreciate how much this means to the people of Germany — they definitely have something to be proud of!

As I observed for Germans, there’s really no set time for drinking — if the vibe is right, it’s beer o’clock! 😃 No wonder their beer is always so highly recommended.
But there’s one beer that I really like — it’s called Meckatzer Hefeweizen (wheat beer). I love its taste. I could honestly drink it every day! 😂
It tastes slightly sweet with mild bitterness, fruity, smooth and refreshing. but you can still taste the beer flavor — not too strong, just right. I also love the creamy foam on top! We ordered this beer when we went to a German restaurant called Gasthaus Hopfendolde. Of course, the beer came with a big serving of food, which felt like too much for me since I’m small. But the food in this restaurant was really good too! After that, we continued drinking at home and even had some shisha.

I am truly grateful for the chance to try and taste different kinds of beer here in Germany. Every sip has its own story to tell - from their rich culture and traditions to the fun moments shared with family and friends. It's more than just a drink, it is a big part of their culture. I am so glad I got to experience it first hand.
I still have a lot more to try, so let's drink to that!😉
