Walk in the Rain: Shop and Roam Around the Market Even With the Typhoon!

 I am really not excited for Friday, today's the day the typhoon Opong will stop by, like some kind of tourist that will look around and wreak havoc for Mindoreños.I just wish I could just skip our "today" like that in a game. But even with the typhoon, we still do what we usually do every day. And even with the gusty rain and wind, we go on a quick - errrr -it's not really a quick one coz we had to stop for minutes and wait for the strong wind to stop. I can't risk my new umbrella that I bought for 79 pesos, no. So yeah, an adventure outside. With this strong wind, we have to be alert and avoid flying poop outside or whatever. And so here we are on our way to the market, before that we have to stop by in a money changer. I have plan to withdraw some cash, I had to pinch on my Pi token and sell it even at lost. Well, I got it for free so I didn't really lost anything haha. But I lost my chance to sell it at a higher price. Too baduuuu. Still, Mama need some money to buy charcoal and rice for her pets, so here we are. And look who's excited and happy. Lol And yes me and mama is using different umbrella. UwU. My 79 pesos umbrella is too small that we had to borrow one from Mommy F, I'm the one using it. We're on Our way to the market now, see how most shops here are closed? Even our small sari sari store is close too, even those nearby shop is already closed. I'm sure all of them are all busy too in their home. There's still a Tiange here today though. Thanks to them we can still buy ingredients for today's meal dish. Most Carinderias are all closed too, only few are open. Now, we're inside the market. There's no power right now, it will surely last until night. But good thing is all are phone are fully charged. We'll need it especially it's flashlight. It's really just dark inside the market though. And there's still more people shopping. This typhoon can't really stop us from having our meal. Lol By the way, here's one of the carinderia that is open this morning . Mama checked it to buy cooked vegetable dish but they only available one is egg, haha. They're still cooking haha After checking there and getting all what we need we then go back home. One of the moto shop that's still open when we pass by is now closed. They should really close, for their safety too. And here's what I bought in the market. We'll have a Nilagang Baboy again, or Pork Soup with Cabbage but with String Beans this time. Mom doesn't want chicken meat so I got pork. We had our lunch after cooking... -- 11 am when the wind intensify due to that, the Bangkal tree on the neighborhood was cut into half because of the strong wind. Fortunately, it didn't fall near Mama's house. The small Bangkal Tree on the front was cut down too by the strong wind. It almost reach mama's house, God is Good, it didn't happen. There's still rain as of 4:18 pm. The wind still so strong and heavy, but the good thing it rest for minutes. It's scary because it's already getting dark and its more scary if it continue until night.
