How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. Today I have come before you with another new post. Today my post is a recipe post. One of my favorite drinks. I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe with banana smoothie. I hope you like it.

In the drink I have made today, I have used all the healthy ingredients. Which are very healthy for our body. Today I have made a banana drink. If this drink is consumed once a day, then you will see many changes in your body. Which are very healthy for your body. First, let me discuss some details about the benefits of bananas. The natural sugar and carbohydrates in bananas give instant energy to the body. Banana fiber improves the digestive process and removes constipation. Potassium helps to reduce the effect of sodium and keep blood pressure normal. Banana contains tryptophan, which helps in the production of serotonin, which keeps the mood good.
Sour yogurt is very beneficial for our body. Sour yogurt probiotic bacteria increase beneficial bacteria in the intestine. Calcium and phosphorus increase bone density. Healthy bacteria increase immunity. It is helpful in controlling body temperature in hot weather. Vitamin E and omega-3 fats in almonds increase brain function. Healthy fats help reduce cholesterol. Protein and fat reduce appetite. Cashews iron prevents anemia. Magnesium and copper are important for bone health. Lutein and zeaxanthin protect eyesight. Raisins iron helps in the production of red blood cells. Fiber prevents constipation.

First, I took two bananas to make the drink. I peeled both bananas.

Then I peeled the bananas and cut them into nice, small pieces.

Then I took several cashews, almonds, and raisins together. I peeled them and chopped them into small pieces.

Now I took the blender jug to make the drink and put the sliced bananas in it.
