Hoy esta el día algo soleado me provoco tomar una bebida refrescante, usando hierbabuena que me sobro de mi anterior preparacion, tenia kiwi y mora, quise hacer una combinación de estas dos deliciosas frutas que cuentan con un sabor cítrico además que sus colores son hermosos.

Today is a somewhat sunny day, which caused me to drink a refreshing drink, using mint that I had left over from my previous preparation, I had kiwi and blackberry, I wanted to make a combination of these two delicious fruits that have a citrus flavor and their colors are beautiful.
Los Ingredientes que utilizaremos para preparar esta bebida que nos refrescara el día serán:
- 10 Hojas de Hierbabuena.
- 1 Kiwi.
- 20 Moras.
Por lo general trato de no agregar azúcar para mis batidos porque ya ellas aportan algo de dulce y si uso trato sea Stevia por algo mas natural.
The ingredients that we will use to prepare this drink that will refresh our day will be:
- 10 Peppermint Leaves.
- 1 Kiwi.
- 20 Moras.
Generally I try not to add sugar to my smoothies because they already provide some sweetness and if I use I try Stevia for something more natural.

Primero vamos a lavar, y quitar la cascara al Kiwi, para cortar en trozos pequeños.

First we are going to wash and remove the peel from the Kiwi, to cut into small pieces.

Segundo colocamos el kiwi, la hierbabuena y agua, procesando por 3 minutos, reservamos el jugo.

Second we place the kiwi, mint and water, processing for 3 minutes, reserving the juice.
**

Tercero lavamos la licuadora y procedemos hacer el jugo de mora, ambos jugos los vamos hacer separados amigos. Este lo vamos a procesar por 3 minutos también.

Third, we wash the blender and proceed to make the blackberry juice. We are going to make both juices separately, friends. We are going to process this one for 3 minutes as well.

Con nuestros jugos listos, vamos a servir la bebida, yo la serviré en una copa colocando el jugo de mora primero, luego el de kiwi, terminando con una hoja de hierbabuena al final.
With our juices ready, we are going to serve the drink, I will serve it in a glass placing the blackberry juice first, then the kiwi, finishing with a mint leaf at the end.
