Hola amigos de esta increíble comunidad, preparé una receta un poco inesperada, ya que encontré en la nevera un ingrediente que llevaba tiempo queriendo utilizar. Se trata de la cereza, que es una de mis frutas favoritas, y la combiné con una verdura tan querida como la zanahoria. Os puedo decir que esta combinación, además de nutritiva, es muy refrescante. Cuando lo tomes te hará sentir vigorizado, te lo digo porque cada vez que lo tomo después de un entrenamiento me llena de energía, por eso lo tomo cada vez que puedo. Un auténtico jugo, muy sabroso y recomendable si quieres beber algo nuevo.

It is cherry, which is one of my favorite fruits, and I combined it with such a beloved vegetable as carrots. I can tell you that this combination, besides being nutritious, is very refreshing. When you drink it, it will make you feel invigorated, I tell you this because every time I drink it after a workout it fills me with energy, that's why I drink it every time I can. A real juice, very tasty and recommended if you want to drink something new.
200 grs de cereza, 01 zanahoria, 01 cucharada de vainilla, 1/2 litro de agua, azúcar al gusto.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar muy bien las cerezas y quitarles las ramitas, la zanahoria, la pelé y la rallé.
