To do so, I selected a fruit that contains vitamins and minerals and is currently plentiful in the grocery stores. It is the strawberry. Yesterday I bought strawberries that looked fresh and beautiful. I also selected another fantastic ingredient, whole flaked oats that I had at home that were gluten free. Finally, I included Chia, an ingredient that I love for its fiber and other nutrients. I loved how it turned out, the smooth strawberry flavor with a touch of acidity and thick consistency due to the oats and Chia. In addition to the beautiful provocative color to the eye. I didn't add sugar to this smoothie, as I have been consuming some sweets these days. Tengan todos un bonito y produtivo comienzo de semana. Este lunes quise iniciar mi dĂa con una bebida que me aportara energĂa que fuera deliciosa y saludable. Para ello, seleccionĂ© una fruta que contiene vitaminas y minerales y en este momento abunda en los abastos. Se trata de la fresa. Ayer comprĂ© fresas que se veĂan frescas y hermosas. AsĂmismo, seleccionĂ© otro fantástico ingrediente, la avena en hojuelas enteras que tenĂa en casa libre de gluten. Para ello, seleccionĂ© un envase, agreguĂ© agua y vinagre e introduje las fresas previamente limpias. Solo le quite las hojas verdes que esta trae. *** || -|-|- *** || -|-|- Una vez limpias y desinfectadas las fresas, fuĂ agregando los ingredientes a la licuadora. IniciĂ© agregando el agua, la ChĂa, avena y por Ăşltimo las fresas. ProcedĂ a llevar a procesar por tres a cuatro minutos hasta que todos los ingredientes se combinaran y trituraran bien. Cuando la mezcla estuvo homogĂ©nea, apaguĂ© y vertĂ mi bebida en un vaso. Para adornar agreguĂ© una fresa limpia y la cortĂ© en dos. *** ||| -|-|-|- *** || -|-|- ***   *** Mi smoothie quedĂł sensacional y listo para disfrutar.
