 Buenas noches , bienvenidos a mi blog, todos los miembros de esta comunidad de #amazingdrinks , ya me acostumbre a hacer mi publicación en la noche. Es la hora que estoy desocupada, que me siento bien. Dios les bendiga, que el Ángel de Jehová cuide de sus vidas ,en cada lugar que se encuentren. Los jugos con frutas naturales,son nuestro acompañante favorito en las comidas, ya estamos acostumbrados a comer con ellos. **Por eso hoy quise preparar una deliciosa bebida: cóctel de frutas con :melón, guayaba y banana. Está bebida es muy refrescante.** Este jugo contiene muchos beneficios ya que el plátano aporta energía y fibra para la digestión,el melón es un antioxidante y la guayaba con su vitamina C, ayuda en la cicatrización. This drink is very refreshing.** >This juice contains many benefits as the banana provides energy and fiber for digestion, melon is an antioxidant and guava with its vitamin C, helps in healing. >Therefore, they form a drink rich in vitamins and minerals that favor general health.  #### Ingredientes que se necesitan para la preparación del delicioso cóctel de frutas: - 2 bananas. - Medio kilo de melón. - 2 guayabas. - 700 ml de agua. - 80 gramos de azúcar. >#### Ingredients needed for the preparation of the delicious fruit cocktail: >- 2 bananas. >- Half a kilo of melon. >- 2 guavas. >- 700 ml of water. >- 80 grams of sugar.  #### Preparación del delicioso cóctel: - Lo primero que debemos hacer es, lavar bien las frutas con agua. - Luego pelarlas o quitarles la concha. - Picarla en trocitos pequeños con un cuchillo. Estos trocitos pequeños , sirven para colocarlos dentro del cóctel 🍸. - En la licuadora colocamos el agua y las frutas picadas, licuamos hasta que se desintegren las frutas. - Colamos para sacar las semillas. - Luego le agregamos azúcar y listo. - Si nos gusta fría, la metemos en el refrigerador. Si nos gusta con hielo, le agregamos trocitos de hielos. En fin como sea el jugo es sabroso. Espero que sea de su agrado. >#### Preparation of the delicious cocktail: >- The first thing we must do is, wash the fruits well with water. >- Then peel or remove the shell. >- Chop it into small pieces with a knife. These small pieces are used to place them inside the cocktail 🍸. >- Place the water and the chopped fruits in the blender and blend until the fruits disintegrate. >- Strain to remove the seeds. >- Then add sugar and that's it. >- If we like it cold, we put it in the refrigerator.
