Hoy quiero mostrar como preparar un delicioso batido de : Ciruelas con avena. La ciruela , es una fruta , muy nutritiva y rica en proteínas y vitaminas: A,C y E, Además es un laxante por excelencia y junto a la avena permite mejorar la absorción de nutrientes. >Hello, to all the members of this community #amazingdrinks, happy Saturday night, I hope you are having a good time, God bless you. Today I want to show you how to prepare a delicious smoothie: Plums with oatmeal. The plum, is a fruit, very nutritious and rich in protein and vitamins: A, C and E, It is also a laxative par excellence and together with oatmeal allows to improve the absorption of nutrients.  **Ingredientes para la preparación del batido de ciruelas con avenas:** 700 ml de agua.500 gramos de ciruelas . 100 gramos de leche en polvo, 150 gramos de avena en hojuelas y 70 gramos de azúcar. >**Ingredients for the preparation of the plum smoothie with oats:** 700 ml of water.500 grams of plums . 100 grams of powdered milk, 150 grams of oat flakes and 70 grams of sugar.  **Preparación del batido:** Lo primero que haremos es lavar con bastante agua la fruta (Ciruelas).Luego picarlas en trocitos con un cuchillo para sacarle la semilla.En la licuadora , colocar el agua, las ciruelas picadas y licuar, hasta que se deshaga la fruta.Después de haberse licuado bien, colamos el jugo. >**Preparation of the smoothie:** The first thing to do is to wash the fruit (plums) with plenty of water.Then chop them into small pieces with a knife to remove the seeds.In the blender, place the water, the chopped plums and blend, until the fruit melts.After having blended well, strain the juice.
