Banana and Dragon Fruit Smoothies
 Banana-combined dragon fruit smoothies is one of the processed drinks from dragon fruit mixed with bananas. Actually, this drink is already sweet with the addition of bananas for the smoothies combination. However, because I added ice cubes later I added a little sugar for a sweet dose that fit my taste.


Actually, instead of sugar I usually also add dates, but again the stock of dates ran out at home as a result I gave a little touch of granulated sugar in this combination. Well, I'm curious about the taste, let's see the recipe for this drink!.

Prepare the dragon fruit, take the flesh and cut it into small pieces to make it smooth.

Add sugar, now you can skip sugar or replace it with dates or honey.


Then enter the blender mineral water until smooth. Put in a serving bowl or your favorite glass then sprinkle with chiaseed on top and give pieces of dragon fruit and banana on top.

 For this recipe I get 1 large serving, and it certainly starts my breakfast very full. I usually enjoy it with a slice of toast for the morning. I usually do this kind of breakfast if I have a lot of free time in the morning.


It's great, the sweetness and freshness of the smoothies is enough to make me full, of course the chiaseed in these smoothies is quite helpful isn't it. You can add milk or ice cubes to complement it. But this alone in my opinion is very good.
