Hello hivers and friends who love delicious drinks ππΉ
Hope you are doing great and in good health as I bring you another exquisite mix blend of pineapple π and coconut π₯₯ recipe. A Pina Colada mocktail - as I decided to omit alcohol which makes it more delicious. Its a crave since I have some left over coconut in the refrigerator and the can pineapple juice freezing cold.
This pina colada recipe is an easy mocktail you can make at home with just three ingredients and in this version I used some pineapple can juice from store purchase but the coconut π₯₯, a fresh grated one with lots of milk in it.
This is a sweet and flavorful pineapple and coconut mix blend that takes just a few minutes to make especially by just grating the coconut to extract itβs milk, allowing us to enjoy that tropics π in just minutes.
But you can decide to make your own version of this pina colada from scratch using fresh pineapple juice, some coconut cream or fresh coconut, then your rum πΉ by the side to just whip them up easily together anytime. Donβt forget some squeeze if lime to make it completely a cocktail πΈ.
Here I share the step by step of this recipe with you.
INGREDIENTS:
350 ml of pure pineapple juice 1/4 of a large leftover coconut 1/2 lime 1 teaspoon of premium sugar (for decor)
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
This recipe is easy and simple, but since am using a fresh coconut, we will start by washing and grating it.
Step 2.
Once the coconut is ready, we will bring the ingredients together for mixing.
Step 3.
We add the grated coconut into the globe glass above.
Open and pour the pineapple juice into the glass, incorporating the two ingredients together.
Step 4.
I will squeeze in the lime here above
To decorate, we add some coconut slices by the side and mix some grated coconut π₯₯ with premium sugar to round the tips.
This drink is all about fruity flavors so make sure to add just a little rum if you must make it a cocktail πΉ. I love it so much with just how natural it is with some squeeze of lime. Hope you will try it in your own version.
Thank you for reading and supporting friends ππ.
