As a lover of drinks especially those with healthy ingredients , I always love to enjoy smoothies combining many fruits together for more vitamins and nutrients. And today as I craved smoothie and skipping morning tea π΅, I made this healthy three (3) ingredients smoothie from red apple π, pineapple π and banana πavoiding sugar to sustain for brunch before having a late lunch as planned.
Apple, pineapple and banana smoothie without yogurt is a creamy, sweet and vegan -friendly π± drink πΉ perfect for a refreshing morning breakfast, brunch or a nutritious snacks. And the banana added to this smoothie made it a dairy- free and refined sugar-free smoothie thatβs so light, fruity and delicious.
I always like blending smoothies with new flavors and this apple π, pineapple π and banana smoothie is one blend with rich and delicious flavor , one you will love to also experiment on because smoothies are quick, easy and filling. A blend perfect for busy mornings and with nutrients boosting our immune systems.
Here are the step by step for preparing this smoothie πΉ.
INGREDIENTS: ( 2 servings)
1 medium red apple
1:4 of a medium pineapple
1 finger banana
1/2 glass of water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
This recipe is easy and quick. So we start by cutting the washed sterilized apple π as above.
Step 2.
We cut the pineapple thinly here above.
And the banana cut in rounds.
Step 3.
Next we have the three ingredients readily above.
Step 4.
We add the ingredients into the blender one by one.
And we gradually blend into a purΓ©e healthy smoothie .
Step 5.
Next we serve the smoothie in our choice of glass.
Here I have served it in a mug of choice .
This smoothie is fruity, the apple π, pineapple and banana combined together in blend and packed with lots of vitamins for a mouth watering experience.
The apple is always in season and with frozen pineapple from our refrigerator, we can always make this smoothie adding some fresh bananas π for that thick creamy. This combination is so refreshing and healthy.
