Me gusta mucho preparar batidos y probar sabores, mezclando; siempre estoy pensando en nuevas bebidas, en esta oportunidad prepare un batido de durazno, el cual mezcle con yogurt, en verdad es una de mis bebidas favoritas, el mezclar yogurt con cualquier fruta, fresa, pina, parchita, y, en este caso, durazno; el cual cocine primero para luego mezclarlo! ** PROCEDIMIENTO ** Lo primero es lavar bien los duraznos, y retirar la concha, luego los corté en pequeños trozos y lleve a sancochar, retire del fuego y deje reposar!
