I tested a Georgian restaurant. Khinkalnia taste a bit like Polish dumplings with meat. They are juicy, inside they have hot broth and well-seasoned meat, a slightly spicy aftertaste of meat. For the first time, while eating, I wondered what to do with that hard tip, by which the khinkalnia is held - it is hard, sometimes raw, it is probably not eaten :) On the second plate there is a kebab with lamb - the best taste was the white sauce with an interestingly herbal flavor.
Testowałem Gruzińską restaurację. Chinkalnia smakują trochę jak polskie pierogi z mięsem. Są soczyste, w środku mają gorący bulion i dobrze przyprawione mięso, lekko korzenny posmak mięsa. Pierwszy raz zastanawiałem się jedząc co robić z tym twardym czubkiem, za który trzyma się chinkalnia - jest twardy, bywa surowy, tego się chyba nie je :) Na drugim talerzu jest kebab z jagnięciną - najfajniejszy smak miał biały sos o ciekawie ziołowym smaku.
