We were lucky enough to be invited to play at a beautiful stately home in Bedfordshire, parts of which were used to film bits of Bridgerton recently. English Heritage run it, and we were invited to provide entertainment for families and children who had booked to see Santa. We didn't play specifically festive tunes, but we chose our more upbeat numbers, and were playing right next to a ceiling-height Christmas tree, so the effect was pretty festive. Some people had travelled all the way from Edinburgh to be there, and we had quite a few people sitting on the window seats or even on the plush carpet listening to us for a good long time. As you can see, the walls are lined with leather-bound books 😍
