 One commitment I have made to myself is not to miss the **Hive Open Mic** every week, an event led by @cabelindsay, who has done a spectacular job in keeping it up and which has an excellent response in every new call. For those who enjoy listening to me sing in English, today I bring another of those "few" songs I do in that language, a classic that has broken all geographical and time boundaries. Composed in 1955, the music is by Alex North and the lyrics by Hy Zareth. It has served as the main theme for two films ("Unchained" (1955) and "Ghost" 1990) and has been recorded countless times, including artists as varied as Neil Diamod, The Platters, Elvis Presley and U2. Today I bring you this version accompanied by venezuelan cuatro (although this is a modern version of the instrument) and voice, which I hope will be to everyone's liking. Para aquellos que disfrutan escucharme cantar en inglés, hoy traigo otra de esas “pocas” canciones que hago en ese idioma, un clásico que ha roto todas las fronteras geográficas y de tiempo.
