Hello to all artists and photographers
Hello to the community of @photographylover.
I hope you are all doing well.
A while ago, I had a photography session where the outfit of the dear subject caught my attention
and for this reason, I decided to share these beautiful photos with you.
When women come in colorful Indian dresses full of patterns in front of the camera, a world of color and life is created in the photos. These dresses, which are full of cheerful colors like red, yellow, and gold, really provide a great opportunity for the photos to be energetic and eye-catching.
When colors come together, it feels like you are seeing a living painting. In addition, the patterns and small jewels on the dresses give the photos a sense of authenticity and culture. I always try to showcase these details well and also capture the good feeling that the models have in the photos.
In summary, these kinds of photos tell a colorful and emotional story. Every time I take such a photo, I enjoy it myself and hope this good feeling is conveyed to you as well.
One thing that is very important and sometimes we may pay less attention to is the impact of makeup and the colors used in photos. For example, the type of facial makeup, the color of lipstick, and even hair colors greatly affect the final mood of the photos.
When the lipstick color matches or complements the outfit, the photo becomes much more stylish and attractive. Or for instance, eye makeup can be either natural or bold; all of these help the model's face to be better seen in the photo and the colors to sit well in the frame.
Hair color is also important; for example, a dark hair color shines very well next to colorful Indian outfits and creates an attractive contrast. Or light hair, when paired with warm clothing colors, gives the photo a soft and different feel.
Overall, makeup and colors act like a complement to the outfits and the model itself, without which the photos cannot have their true essence.
I took a few sitting poses to show off the dress's skirt properly. When I showed the model, I made sure to have her legs slightly angled and one leg brought forward so that the fabric of the skirt spread beautifully. I shot from a lower angle to make the skirt look bigger and fuller.
I told her to place her hands on her knees or beside the skirt, this way the shape of the dress looked better. When the light hit the folds of the fabric, those colors of the Indian dress really popped in the photo.
The result was that both the model looked comfortable and natural, and the skirt was perfectly and beautifully seen in the photo, exactly what I wanted.
Of course, let me also say that your beautiful model had the utmost cooperation with me. And my photography feeling would increase several times.
This is a selection from this photo session that I shared with you. I hope you also enjoyed the harmony of colors and the power of Canon full-frame cameras.
Until another photo session
Goodbye
