Have you heard of this crystal called labradorite? Labradorite is a feldspar mineral (although often referred to as crystal) that looks green, brown, or gray, but surprises you with some other colors if you view it from the right angle and enough light.
I had this labradorite since I learned about crystals and I wanted to take macro photos with it now that I know how to do it better. A lot of times it was not easy to take photos of it because the flashes are inside the mineral but it is easier for me now that I have awesome photography lights as well.
 This is shaped like a tower which I don't really know the purpose but a lot of crystals are shaped like this. I am using a direct light with no diffusers and as you can see there are some blue and green colors from the inside.
 And when light hits it in a perfect way then BOOM! You are flashed with blue, green, and yellow colors.
 You can see a few of those cracks on it because I didn't know it is sensitive to humidity... and we have high humidity here.
 Those flashes are really pretty. It reminds me of the ocean.
 There are labradorites that have purple and yellow flashes too which looks insane! But I haven't seen one in person yet.
 The strength of these flashes also depend on the light that hits it... The stronger and direct the light is, the stronger the flashes would be. It almost like it has a light on the inside and "glows".
 While photographing these, I thought I was done but I also know that surely there has to be more since I saw more flashes when I was inspecting it but couldn't really figure out how to best show it. Until I changed the position of the light.
 In the mystical sense, it is widely used as a symbol for transformation. It is known to help people aid with their journey to self discovery, allowing them to look for the magic within themselves. It's mainly the reason why I love this crystal, both because of how it looks like and its meaning.
 For me, it is a reminder that there is light in the darkness. And that you can find that magic inside you, you just have to know where and how to look.
 It's easily my favorite crystal.

This thing is called "labradorescence" and it's quite tricky to view imo. A lot of times I turn the tower and was like "that's it?" then I rotate it again and see more colors that I didn't think I saw before.
