Popes Island
Good Morning Today I will share a few shots from a visit to Popes Island
Not having been out for any walks for a couple of weeks, I have been looking through my folders in Lightroom where i import all my photos when I get home from walks
Looking through my folders today I came across a bunch of photos I had imported from a walk in October 2023, I clearly must have been busy that morning, as I had just imported them and not done the second step that I normally do after importing, which is to go through the photos, and rate and or color code them to set which ones at fitrst glance I will want to edit
So I went through and did that this morning and then edited a few for this post
These are from an early morning walk on Popes Island, and Island between New Bedford and Fairhaven MA, its a plce to do enjoy visiting for my early morning walks, and I havent been to for a while so maybe the next time i get out for a walk thats where I will head I often share shots of the old Swing brdge, here, but this post it will not make an appearance, its a good spot for gettign my steps in, sometime I may walk across the bridge in this first shot which takes me to Fairhaven
PS today marks my Birthday 780 Months on the planet

THis next shot is taken when walking back on the other side of that bridge it was pretty close to a full moon that morning

the moon over some of the commercial boats, I know it looks more like the sun in these photos but it is in fact the moon
