However, seeing the positive side of things has stopped the pain, and it's comforting to know we have three other cats. Having other animals helps to divert and distract one's thoughts, and our trio of cats is really funny, as you can see from the photos. Even at dinner, they act silly and pick at things on the table, even if they're vegetables. In fact, we discovered that the youngest cat particularly likes wild herbs. I cooked them this evening, and she tasted a piece and immediately wanted more—how greedy! Anyway, it felt like we were at the table with people and not with cats, they kept us company at dinner and thank goodness we have them to keep us company all day, making us smile with their funny ways, their arguments, their runs around the house and their cuddles, it's lucky to have the three of them at home to brighten up our days.
